Courtyard rental
Park – Hotel Zamkovyj’s courtyard with its fountain, graceful sculptures and perfect hedges is an exclusive place of an individual concept to create special atmosphere and unforgettable photos of significant events of your life.:

The rental price includes location provision, power grid connection, evening lighting with the help of hanging garlands and lanterns, fountain lighting.
Chairs, textiles, sound equipment, an arch, and the organization of wedding ceremony services are provided by the customer himself, the event organizer, or by the wedding agency.
The time for installation and removal of decorations can be provided separately without payment, depending on the selected range of services (agreed with the administration in advance).
In order to preserve the acoustic comfort for the guests in our hotel, the usage of outdoor sound equipment is allowed until 18:00.
An hourly rental charge allows you to bring your own team of decorators, florists and a presenter to create an absolutely unique, author’s holiday.
Rental conditions:
- Daytime hours: daytime, which guarantee perfect natural light for your photos. (pre-booking and rental details are agreed with the administrator).
- During your event (1-2 hours), the courtyard is completely closed for other visitors.
- Technical details: provision of connection points for your team’s sound and lighting equipment. (agreed with the hotel’s technical service)
In case of booking a wedding banquet or a welcome buffet in the hotel restaurant, there are special price for courtyard rent and for hotel room reservation (Pre-agreed with the administration).
Rental price: 450 rubles / hour.
